The prices are per person and day, except the Junior Suite (price for unit), rich breakfast buffet, services, taxes, garage e/o outdoor parking. Free participation at the excursions organized by the local mountain guides. 
New: free entrance to the Vitarium (sauna area) and relax zone, including sauna towels. Bathrobe for 10 Euro for the duration of your stay. Finnish Sauna and Turkish bath on request (Euro 10 per type)
   
The Juniorsuites can be occupied for a max. of 4 people. To the other standard furnishment they also have a kitchnett for small dishes (max. spaghetti) and a small cheramic stove.
  
Arrival: the rooms are at yur disposal from 2.30 p.m. onwards. If there is a small delay we will invite you for a drink or cappuccino.
 
Non smoking rooms: Due to the new italian law it is not allowed to smoke in the rooms, breakfast rooms and foyer. You can smoke on your balcony and in the "kellerstube"
 
Departure: rooms should be left at 10.30 a.m., for making sure that the next guest will get a clean room
 
For a definately reservation we kindly ask you for a deposit, normally 30% of the tot. amount which will be taken off trough your credit card (VISA or MC).
